USAPA is going away in 4 to 6 months.
DOH is not even in the ball park.
Nic is the only list that represents both of our pilot groups and therefore is the only list that can be used.

So, you're only choices are:

Vote in the MOU which includes Nic as the list for our side with a slotting integration (per APA's acknowledgment) and reap the benefits of the term sheet, 401k, $10K, retro, etc.

or

Vote no, lose out on the benefits for 18 months, watch USAPA disappear, no retro pay, and more LOA93.


To most sane pilots, its an easy choice. But you idiots worry me.
