Funny, Bill McKee told me I'd never see the first MOU. NEVER was his reply.

HUH!? Can you even READ!? All I'd suggested was that everyone closely examine the proposal prior to voting. It IS to be sent out for a vote, in case you've completely missed that. Sigh! I just give up with some people here.

I do hope that, apparently unlike yourself, that the majority of them CAN read to at least a workable level of comprehension. I realize there's little in the way of water in PHX...but seriously; are the swimming pools just filled up with "Stupid" instead?...Seems some are drowning in it out there....

Silver's order acknowledged that USAPA has a seniority proposal, and she didn't make them change it (and for that matter she didn't even identify what their seniority proposal actually is). But she did say their seniority proposal does not breach their DFR provided it is supported by a LUP. And don't forget, Silver didn't make USAPA change their seniority proposal, whatever it is.

Now, you will also note that Silver did not tell you exactly who will determine if a LUP is supporting their seniority proposal, neither did she tell you when or where such a determination will be made. The 9th already told you, and it would have been superfluous for her to repeat it. But she did establish who is bound by her order, until such time as the 9th will let you seek the court's review.

Your contributions and efforts have have held at bay the biggest bunch of reneging malcontent scumbag scabs to ever disgrace organized labor. Great job!!


MOU.....the company release says it all..."as well as a process for pilot integration".

Being that the company has already stated in court under oath that it is their belief that the Nic is the status quo at LCC.....pretty much ends the discussion.

The "status quo" will be used to combine the AMR and LCC pilots under the terms of MB if indeed a merger takes place.


So, what that means when you hook the two latest developments together, once we enter MB with the Nic, AOL's job is done...and I suspect there will be one major party thrown with the leftover funds......and of course you east guys will be invited!!!!!

Reality check. Watch Hummel's video. The merger is going through with or without us. Ucrapa is irrelevant. Take what you're going to get now or take it later. The train has left the station and all of us are just along for the ride. You eastholes can thank yourselves for that.

American pilots voted down their first offer. They are in bankruptcy. For once in your life vote no on something east pilots. It will cleanse your soul. You have another chance in life to show courage.

We turned down the company's first couple of offers and ended with the LoA we work under now. So no thanks on your logic. I'll cleanse my soul another way with the extra cash.

Status quo... I thought the whole point of a new TA is that it moves beyond the status quo..

But even after the new TA, is Judge Silver's ruling still binding?
