Fully demonstrated, and no possible argument from me there. What most concerns me lately is the apparently universal west, with some supposed east suporters notions attached of: "Oh well...weez beez jess' second class, utterly wuthless dipshits...po' AWA/US-wuthless-trailer-trash...an' we'll all jess' beez real happy, takin' whatevers scraps masa thinks weez be wuth"..."Weez all knows 'dat masa knows best, and weez jess' grateful to be allowed to pick cotton heyah!"

There's much I'll miss when finally done with all of this...but the rank stupiidty and utterly spineless nature of some, most certainly, won't play ANY part in that! Whenever, in future, I allow myself down the road of memories of even just commercial aviation experiences...well..the whole AWA puppies/kittens "association" thing won't much register as anything other than a brief and very, very strange indeed, bad dream.

You've the proverbial villiage idiot's proclivity for restating the obvious, when even that opportunity's afforded to you...which, whenever you're not otherwise dodging any/all direct questions of any kind; I've long-since come to expect. I'd asked for any direct reference to Mr. Nic and the mess here. = dca319: "something like what Niclau put together."....? where did I say that I was voting yes? I said because of east pilots the company only offers scraps.

Once the MOU is released I will read and consider it. If it is better than what we have now I will vote yes. If like last time it is worse, I will vote no. Sometimes you have to understand when you are in a no win situation. That is where usapa has put the US Airways pilots. No leverage and no ability to get anything better. Forced to accept scraps.

As they stated, if may be like the delta/nwa process. But that would almost assuredly have a snapshot start date of all 3 in 2013 IMO .

where did I say that I was voting yes?

I'll freely confess that I've recently found myself no longer able to suffer fools gladly. Doing so's a complete waste of my time. Would you be so kind as either reply to a post addressing your voting procilivites, or otherwise note that anything you've quoted and are responding to even addresses your vote?

Whatever your notions...I'll again just suggest a serious evaluation of whatever's to be voted on, prior to doing so.

The official list to be used in any SLI for the US Airways pilots is date of hire with conditions and restrictions. The Nic is a list that is no longer valid and will not be used in any future SLI.

The seniority list exists in the contract.

Where's the contract that contains a DOH with C&Rs seniority list?

Well...there we have it folks, right form the voice of "LT hardy" himself....there's nofurther reason to even trifle with such trivia as that produced by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, or even Judge Silver's court. 🙂 Anytime anyone needs a controlling, legal opinion?...All that's ever needed is to request one of any line pilot with an attitude. 😉

I honestly, couldn't personally and selfishly give a rat's arse about airline pay, but you're obviously willing to instantly sell-out your supposed soul, and all junior to you, based entirely on the DOH you hold, that you would cheerfully disenfranchise them from, for the proverbial 30 pieces of silver. What have you done to help US Airways pilots in general, to improve your lazy behind? Nothing. How have the west pilots helped themselves to get a better contract? Nothing. You only want the nic and East pilot wide bodies and attrition. Look at you now sitting in PHX competing against Southwest. This is what you brought to the merger, nothing but a call sign and AMR Hortons former cubicle room mate.

You america west pilots attempted to destroy and delay anything USAPA has done. You defecated in envelopes and sent them to USAPA. You sent porn material to USAPA reps homes. Your west management pilot handed over East pilots personal information to that greasy fergie hired in 2004.

In the past, to survive you scabbed, flew drugs, flew drunk. Reported UFO's. You will always be known as a former america west pilot, your proper place in hell.

The ninth circuit and judge Silver will become moot very soon.

Try and keep up. What have you boys been telling us since judge silver ruled? That IF usapa can come up with a LUP usapa can negotiate with the company for a seniority list that might not be the nicolau in a new contract.

Events are over running you. We are going to have an MOU, then a new union, then a new joint contract. Seniority is not going to be discussed. Once we have a contract WHO are you going to negotiate with? The ninth and judge Silver are not going to matter.

After a contract is in place then an arbitration is going to take place. The company will be a party to that arbitration so will the new union. The company has stated many times in court that they believe it is the Nicolau and using anything else will get them sued and they will loss. The APA wants nothing to do with liability and the safe ground is the Nicolau, dangerous ground is not the Nicolau. Guess who will not be a party to that arbitration? usapa. With usapa gone there is no one for the ninth and judge Silvers ruling to apply to. Know who will still exist? The west class.

So once we have a joint contract in place you can hang those rulings on the wall like your once mighty contract. It will have no meaning except for some memory of an old man about what might have been.
