Will the SEC call you as a material witness because you had personal prior knowledge? No. I doubt the SEC is concerned with political infighting in a union and no one is going to step over any SEC lines, dispite Generous Harvey's trepidation. What else are they trying to give away now?

No the SEC does not care about political infighting. What they care about is the manipulation of a $4 billion deal for personal political gain. Keeping your position as a reps is not a good excuse for violating your word.
The SEC does not care that some minor political hack rep might get recalled. But violating a signed agreement involving a deal this size. Oh you bet your ass the SEC and both companies and probably the APA would be in court.

They are engaged in a smear campaign, don't let the facts guide you. Just go with your emotions!
The APA pilots voted down a substandard MOU, while in bankruptcy, and recalled the cupcakes that backed it. But we have folks that are trying to shoot fellow pilots because they don't have both their hands in the air already.
If I were APA I'm not sure I would be in favor of watering things down. Just saying.

I remember signing a non-disclosure agreement when doing a valuation on a business for sale (didn't want employees to know). That was a midsized business and even that was to be taken seriously. Notice of intent to vacate NDA? Holy guacamole, that's like sticking your head down the barrel of a loaded howitzer, what an idiot!!!.
