Decertification information!

The company did that when your brothers and sisters on the ramp ratified the Final Offer.

But you will never put blame where it belongs.
no my brothers and sisters in my city voted against it by 21 to 1 and the strike vote was overwhelming approved. IT was the ADDITION of BDL and PVD that got it thru BECAUSE they KNEW they WERENT going to LOOSE their JOBS. Those are the hard a** facts buddy! 😱

dell my vote along with my fellow furloughed friends most likely wont count anyways because the IAM threw us in the out cities away like trash. although working at a non union commuter airline, it would be nice if we had representation because none of us gets a vacation until after 1 yr of completed service and sick pay starts 6 months for full timers and 1 yr for part timers if lucky. but hey the IAM didnt need us anyways when we were at USAIR just the dues is all that mattered to them

Wait a minute are you referring to that vote that was stacked by the IAM? Several of your members went to cast their ballots and were told they already voted.

Time to scrape off your plates, wash em off,and start being a part of what YOU prefer to have on there!

VOTE TWU/IBT!

robbed...
your fellow members in the big hubs did you in sorry to say.thats it ....IAM in a round about way as the members are the IAM....but thats who did you.

Wow, if there was no union, how would the IAM boys pay for their brass knuckles?

Sundown on the Union

I find it very interesting that the IAM memberships seem to feel that they do not have a voice in thier future so they would sit back and not vote. Or is it that they feel the same way I do - decert is better than IAM. But WHY DECERTIFY - VOTE IBT / TWU
its not a thing of feeling they have no voice...for the most part if they can get what they want hourly and so on without a union, they'd take it.
many look at union dues from any union as a waste of money they need in their pockets.

that is very true. they knew what they were voting to outsource the small and midsize cities. I am very happy that we actually agree on this! 🙄

Here' just another example of NMB election results and the apathy of workers involved. And these are very small groups. These numbers don't lie folks.

This is the reality we all face if an election is called.
Make sure you think real hard if you sign a card. De-certification could be just around the corner.
Then what?

Bad News for you Dude - cards are turned in - election is coming - instead of telling people not to sign cards you should be saying be sure you vote -

for my personal 2 cents - decert is a very bad thing to happen to us, but still beats being IAM

Too bad you will have to find out the hard way! Because your dreaming!

What will you ask your new lead negotiator (Doug Parker) for first?

Have been non-union at AWA before and have been IAM for 5 years so my statement stands -- my preference is to be a Teamster.

I've been a Teamster for 8 years, non-union for 9 and IAM for 6 and if you think the Teamsters are better then any of the others you are in for a RUDE awakening!

Dream ON!

Been non-union for 15 and IAM for 3 and turned in IBT card and will not vote.
Will love every day of work after decertification. Yes, I will be working.

I predict decertification, followed by the company bringing work in house and mechs who work hard will get a raise, mechs who are lazy will get fired....free market will take over finally!!!!
