if swamt actually bothered to read WN's proxy statement, he would see that Gary Kelly REQUESTED that his salary NOT be increased for 2013 or 2014.

The proxy statement also shows the key metrics which WN execs are given variable compensation for and, on some they got all of the available compensation, on others they got a partial award, and on the goal of 15% return on invested capital, they got NONE.

DL achieved 15% ROIC. WN did not.
