There's not a 100% chance you won't get hit by a bus if you walk outside. So stay indoors. There's not a 100% chance that you won't fall can kill yourself in the kitchen, so just stay in bed.

But odds are pretty damned good that if you get the vaccine and are "young" (under 55) and you contract covid, you can recover at home and not take a hospital bed from someone who had a heart attack.
