No petitions stated yet, but I am trying to get the correct info on how this process begins first. In fact, I thank all of the posters on here for there information on how this can get done. I have had many colleagus wishing they didn't have to pay a union who obviously cares nothing for them except wanting their money, which contractally they are forced to pay the APFA, whether they get representation ,or not from this "so called" union. At some point fairness needs to play in this overall equation... I am not sure a new union on the property is the answer, but I an not sure No union on the property could be the answer..In my personal dealings with AA Management they have been more than fair and understanding. I think the APFA creates more havoc and problems for themselves, then having a solution for the entire workforce. Since we are in an era of " Change " perhaps change needs to take place ALL Over the system including leaders at these unions. Let's face it the leaders of the APFA are nothing more than members of an elite Country Club in Euless, TX....The Time Is For a Change!
