As of September 5th you were aware of your obligation, and acknowledged it as well, to represent the West employees in Section 6 negotiations. A month and a half later, how are the negotiations? Oh wait, you can't do that until you have dates? But, before you have dates, you need a negotiating team? Who's on this team? What are the dates? WHERE IS MY CONTRACT THAT'S BEEN AMMENDABLE FOR 28 MONTHS?!?!?!? And just to let you know, I will not sign for anything less then the TA proposal, plus retro. And that is a bare minimum that I will CONSIDER, not necessarily support.

Retro ? hahah your not a west fleet service agent .... got ya! HA retro , ah man your funny .....

Um, it is my understanding that the IAM does not negotiate 'retro-pay raises', only 'retro-pay cuts' are considered, usually in concert with the 'perpetually concessionary contract'. It is the gift that keeps on giving....... back.

to answer the topics question.. DL141 where are you..

same place they have been for the east in 13 years... working out of ORD worrying about there bread and butter UNITED boys...

At the bar sipping on umbrella drinks and rubbing their iam bellies. While debating where the next convention will be.

I believe it's in the IAM International's constitution that no bargaining unit shall never, ever, have a contract ,in whole or part, where any pay or benefit could exceed that at United Airlines for a similar class or craft. They would call a strike for lower wages and benefits if they had to.

OK... Hate to break it to you guys, but we knew all that. Actually, I guess the way I phrased the question I set myself up. Does anyone have any info though?
