Translation: I'm too lazy to try anything else
I tell my friends that have low senority to get out while they can. But for us old ones we know what a wonderful company this was and can be again but right now its very good.
Translation: Poor me, POOOOOR me! In America anyone can get out at any time - including you. But deep down you like being able to pity yourself and villify someone else you feel is responsible for yor unhappiness.
Yes we have wonderful F/A but the service the lam a$$ company gives us to work with is deplorable. but hopefully someone will come and rescue us back to a full fledge airline.
Translation: I don't want to face reality. If I complain long enough and loud enough, the effects of deregulation will reverse themselves and I'll be back in my shiny new 1977 Monte Carlo with a full head of hair.
To all those that think they should stay and fight - Don't. Your life is too valuable to waste on such a futile endevour. You aren't that influential to act as firewall to changes within the industry. Don't let any company trade a few bucks for a lifetime of misery. You only get one lifetime and they can't afford to buy yours.
