Itrade, I have a bunch of pics of 573, upclose the metal is in poor condition as to its luster, being painted, and stripped several times the metal has losts it shine, 350 is the latest so get the new livery, have not seen that one yet

You don't even need to be up close to it to see how nasty it looks. Saw it in CLT the other day, too bad they messed it up so bad that most of the paint won't stick to it anymore. I'm just glad they're finally advertising the "No Brains" issue here at US Air.

350 is in hangar 3 PIT for a buff job....looks so so.....
heard some radical trade unionist put speed tape over the "no brainer" logo on 573 and made it say "no brain"...did it so good it flew for awhile before it was noticed.....
guess the truth hurts.........

Ugh, I hate it. It looks so...I don't know. Pieced together? Sort of like a car with a fender a different color than the rest. And that "no-brainer" business...that's class.

Anybody remember the F100 that was flying around with a silver boarding door on it after the rest of the plane had been painted blue. I guess management didn't have to come up with a crazy excuse about it being a new livery since this was before everything went down the crapper.

The plane had lap joint problems and the metal was etched too deep, that is why it has the patches and looks the way it does, it needs repetitive inspections which would require stripping the paint every time, that is why they decided to leave it bare.

They look terrible. With all of the patch work that's been done to them,they look like the Memphis Belle! Since we're into putting logos and sayings on the side of our airplanes now,how about this one:Sober or drunk, we'll haul your trunk
