East buddy passes on West side

I am sure this has already been discussed before, but I can't find it, so can we use buddy passes from the East on HP? Specifically this weekend. (21st)

I believe the answer to your question is no. Until the new system is up and running west passes on Hp and express only and east passes on Us east side. I also dont believe there is a definate date for the new system although I keep hearing by the end of the month. If anyone hears different please post. Regards, Mama
