no theres a 20 dollar charge for upgrade but transatlantic and hawaii are 100 to upgrade to first for nonrevs

I hear you on that one. Going back to the beginning of FC at PI, you always had to pay a fee to upgrade. I'm not saying that nobody ever got around it with a free pass, but it has never been offered to the employees regardless of how many open seats there were.
They have been pretty tight on this over the years, and even more since the HP merger. With all of the FF upgrades on the day of departure, its nearly impossible to get up there anyway.
