I had the same problem (presumably). Click on the link for ETC and the browser just sits there "waiting for .....". Finally, I was able to get on the ETC earlier this evening. Maybe it was a NC thing.

Yup, was down this morning until around 1 ish. The guy in the cube next to me was waiting to book a buddy pass for a friend flying out tonight.If it's any consolation, it didn't work, even within the hallowed halls of the Sandcastle, until late this afternoon...
I tried to access the ETC thru Compass and it told me ACCESS DENIED. Another employee found out she had been terminated this way so I really thought I also had been terminated. Decided to try one more time before I headed over to turn in my badge and VOILA! it worked. Although it was slow it allowed me access to book flights. Someone needs to do something so we have a heads up. Havent decided whether still having a job here is a good thing or not.
All I can say is Thank you. But in reality your comments mean so much more than a simple Thank You. Its hard to put into words but after weeks and months of facing one hurdle after the other you can start to feel defeated. Your comments give me that little extra motivation to dive right back in and fight to give our passengers what they deserve.
