The company extended the usage date of 06 passes yet the system can't handle the overload again. I have one left to pay for but, no luck on a last minute purchase. Any one try calling the pass line or is this only purchase through ETC???

What I as a customer have been told by someone who ought to know is that there are new servers in the works.
Apparently the next round of IT infrastructure enhancements will be implemented after the SHARES cutover in March.
I also get the impression that the internal web site you speak of is run on the same servers as the commercial website which explains alot right there.
I had this problem a few days ago. No problem with US, but the one HP ticket took me three hours. Finally worked though.I can get US but not HP?
