Basically, Air One will start MXP-BOS and MXP-ORD nonstop service this summer. US and Air One currently have codeshares on domestic Italian routes, so this is not a new codeshare, but simply an expansion. Air One will also codeshare with UA to/from ORD for connecting pax- that is all new.

Not to get this thread OT, but has anyone ever flown the airline on their shorthaul/mediumhaul services? I think all their current planes are single class but the A332 and CR9 which they will take delivery off will have two class service. I wonder what kind of seat they will offer in Biz/First.

I'm also taking a wild guess, but Air One may become a regional Star Alliance partner invited by LH. Their FF program is Miles and More and if you take a look at their planes they have a very specific yellow. Lastly, they are already partners with over 50% of the Star Alliance carriers. Go figure...
