I expect the company to play hardball. But that still doesn't change the fact that a non-management slimbag that working as a mech at NWA is a . . . . SCAB. And will always be.

Its not wrong to work. Its wrong to take someone else job. Its wrong to help lengthen the duration of a strike but providing low ball cut rate services. The mechanics at NWA are in for the fight of there life.

Its not about a raise. Its not about working less. The are in disagreement over the depth of the pay cuts. They are disagreeing on the number of people they will be able to furlough permanently. They are not seeing eye to eye on how to achieve cuts to help NWA survive.

Well, it takes two to strike. NWA was free to impose there last offer on the employees and they are free to with hold there service. Its called a level playing field. If you impose this kind of hardship then we/they are free to walk.

Defacing company property? Sounds like cause for disciplinary action. Without a contract, I guess there is no defined disciplinary process, so I guess you should expect to be terminated immediately upon discovery. Wouldn't it be nice if you had some protection?
