Painting airplanes without fixing the company is like painting over a leak in the ceiling. It looks good for a while but sooner or later the paint peels off and the damage is exposed.
I would much prefer they fix the damn airline. But painting is easier and covers up the real problems. And I'm not sure the expertise is here to run a real airline.
Certainly LCC has no leader. And it all flows downhill from there.

this is supposed to be a positive thing and it's amazing how you people can turn it into a negative.
The truth is not always positive.
What you are attempting to do is redirect the problems and put on a happy face.
It ain't working. Not for the pilot group anyhow. If you want to get excited and happy about painted airplanes that's certainly your right.
But you might want to take a reality check and realize what is going on at LCC.

He's right. It's paint. On a 320, for instance, it does not change the fact that Tempe turned the east aircraft into slave ships, front and back.
On a 330, it won't change the fact that there are fewer Envoy seats and less pitch in the back.

Show us a successful merged airline with all operational/information systems up and running flawlessly.
Show us a real business plan that looks beyond the next month.
Show us Joint Contracts that acknowledge the sacrifices and contributions of East and West.
It's only paint, and at this point, it's just like lipstick on a pig.
