The air-mechanic and the-mechanic discussion boards are nothing more than a one sided propaganda. If the moderator dislikes the alias he censors them or edits the different functions of the discussion board.
The administrator and others have threatened and intimidated many on the board at one time or another! Amfa preaches freedom of expression on one hand and goes to great lengths to censor you and the membership I believe you all need to re-evaluate your positions in supporting these Individuals! I urge everyone not to participate in air-mechanic and the-mechanic site in the future!
Dave Stewart, Sanderson are nothing more than self made dictators that feel important when they treat you like (delete)! I believe the end is near and they once again have failed in their endeavor!

Joey, I feel the same way. Most of my family works at NWA. I use to walk the hangars on B-side when I was little and being a mechanic I wanna to be when I grew up. My childhood dream turned into a royal nightmare. This so called union that we voted for turned into a sham. I voted no for this lousy contract because these idiots gave up good language in exchange to show the rest of the industry they got us good wages, well they didn't! I wanted full retro, not some signing bonus that wasn't even a forth of what I would have gotten if we would of received full retro. This union can take there so called industry leading contract and PACK IT! How will these idiots survive now that almost three fourths of there membership has been let go and probably and most likely never come back. Thank you AMFA for destroying my dream and the dreams of everyone else you stiffed.

Gamble? How dare you insinuate that what I did was gamble! I've never gambled in my life and I didn't gamble when I decided not to move after I was ILLEGALLY laid off. That's right Brother! AMFA told me that NWA laying me off was illegal and that the company would lose this in arbitration. John Roby and Steve MacFarlane and Jim Atkinson personally told me that I would be back to work as soon AMFA got my grievance arbitrated. So I didn't gamble! AMFA LIED to me!!!! Is it ok for AMFA to lie to me? Mathews actually told me that I might as well suck up the severance and unemployment while staying home, because he and the Seehams would certainly win my grievance and have me back at work before that ran out. Hello, it RAN OUT! I was mislead. That's not my fault.

THE-MECHANIC.COM and AIR-MECHANIC.COM are two web sites that post the facts of the sellout of the MECHANICS+RELATED by the TWU and the IAM. AMFANUTS and THE-MECHANIC.NET are two websites for TWU,IAM propaganda nothing more! We AMFA supporters actually love AMFANUTS and THE-MECHANIC.NET. When these two sites post propaganda, we take it and show people the lies and B.S. that is being spewed from these sites. The fake anti-AMFA testimonials posted by TWU are so obvious. They are all written by the same person(s) using different names(the writing styles give them away). Do you TWU kool-aid drinkers really think people will fall for this stuff? They tried this at NORTHWEST,SOUTHWEST,ALASKA,and UNITED and guess what? IT DIDN'T WORK!

And who has the highest percentage of postings censored?
When you attempt to close the door to freedom of speech you also limit the availability of choice? If Amfa is so democratic than why do they attempt to squash the the most important part (knowledge) without this you are unable to make an informed decission! I feel sorry for anyone who is willing to put blinders on and not look at all the available information!
