Well TWU and AA filed the final briefs with the NMB. Amfa was so impressed with the detailed information that they have already filed to have an opportunity to reply and asked for the extra time. Political maneuvering is going on.

It is apparent the 90 pages Amfa filed last month did not intimidate anyone.

Any speculation if Amfa will get another extension or do you believe the NMB will stand their ground and say the had more than ample opportunities to put in their objections?

Whatever, either we have the vote this year and the TWU loses 16000 M&R or we have it next year and they lose close to 19000 members.

I've been speaking to cabin service, they want cards to sign. The fact is that AMFA has not allowed the company to eliminate title groups or allow outside contractors to take away certain shifts like the TWU has. THe TWU allowed the company to eliminate building cleaners and contracted out all of cabin services night work. So even though AMFA primarily wants to represent Aircraft Mechanics other groups that have gone with AMFA have done better than some of the groups that the TWU betrayed.

HAHAHAHAHA, good one booby how DUMB is that? are you amfa(PUKE) guys grasping or what? after ALL the tirates you threw about the NMB allowing them NOW you want them!!!!!! HAHAHAHA you talk about flip/flop........anything to DESTROY.......
you SCABS stop at nothing 4000+ at NW/5000+ at UA, why not work on getting work back in to those workers instead of PUTTING more out.

CIO the NMB will stand it's ground.
TWU/AFL/CIO/ATD/=UNION=SCABFREE

The NMB has determined no further extensions will be granted. They feel all parties have had sufficient time to submit the necessary information.

CEO,Scabbie, and night crawler: The Board has determined that the single craft or class of Airline Mechanics, Ground Service, Plant Maintenance, and Fleet Service Personnel is no longer a proper craft or class at either American or TWA-LLC. The proper crafts or classes are Mechanics and Related Employees, and Fleet Service Employees. 29 NMB 240, 251 Now you can either do a little work to find out what the truth is or keep making Ignorant comments to me based on your gut feelings and sound like the rest of the lying self-serving Twscrew clones. NO VOTE  NO PEACE!!!!!!

Attention TWU zealots,

Just because the NMB denied a further rebuttal by the AMFA doesn't mean what you think it does. It could just as easily mean the exact opposite. From what I have seen from the company and the union before in regard, their eligibility issues are very vague in the reasons given, and in many instances contradict precedents already agreed upon. There is just way too many title 3 people included in the mech and related group conveniently enough at this juncture according to the incumbent union and the enabling company. That is one sick relationship. I guess all this fraud to inflate the numbers in our voting group would justify the end result if it prevents a vote. That is more of an effort that the TWU put into negotiating us a decent contract, ironic isn't it.

Well all indications are amfa has come to the realization that it is highly unlikely they will win an appeal, With the quick response from the NMB. The NMB is becoming inpatient with the amfa rhetoric. Ever wonder why amfa did not post the letter they sent to the NMB? Could it be selective censorship?

I suspect we will see a short lived rally from amfa after the decision! After all they have admitted repeatedly in their briefs that Fleet service and cabin cleaners belong in the class and craft! Inaman is just trying to rally himself into believing something else!

Have a Great TWU Day!!!!!!

You just don't under stand English do you CEO ? Do you still have those bandages over your eyes. Come on by the shop and talk to some of the people and see how the AMFA support has grown. Let me take you out to the other side of the blast fence and introduce you to about 65 of the title 3 cabin service people who Twscrew told they would not loose there F/S seniority after they outsourced their work at other stations then through them in as cabin services when they wanted to try and stop a vote. Your not going to do that though. You can't lie when your looking them in the eye's. That's the way the twscrew has operated for years behind closed doors hidden and protected from the members. Accountability time is here. It's time to let the members decide for them selves what they are going to do. Twscrew's time is over for representing the mechanics at AA. They have failed us for the last time. It's time for Twscrew officer wannabees like you and twscrewer and your lover Night watch to come out of the closet and see whats going on at the maintance base. You will have to keep your gay tendencies (Inaman) to your selves. The Board has determined that the single craft or class of Airline Mechanics, Ground Service, Plant Maintenance, and Fleet Service Personnel is no longer a proper craft or class at either American or TWA-LLC. The proper crafts or classes are Mechanics and Related Employees, and Fleet Service Employees. 29 NMB 240, 251 NO VOTE  NO PEACE!!!!

Well TWU and AA filed the final briefs with the NMB.

This quote from cio pretty much sums it up! Its the membership against the twu and AA. cio the membership has spoken and will continue to speak. There is alot of disgust on the shop floor about how these two organizations have worked together in trying to keep the membership from having a vote on representation but we expected nothing less so just a little advice to you cio, keep it real and you may just come out of this with your sanity!

scorpion, I believe you are in a dream world. The members I talk to, are grateful amfa has failed to achieve sufficient interest and will not resign again. Same words keep coming to mind. The amfa track record stinks!

How can one expect to receive signed cards for an election from people who were outsourced years ago?

The TWU and AA lawyers are nothing more than Philidelphia Lawyers searching for any loophole they can to prevent a representative election by the membership. At more than 9,200 election cards-more than enough interest has been shown. To have to resort to people who have never been employeed by American proves what a farce the inflation of the list of elible voter is.

The TWU and AA knows that if an election were to be held there is a VERY REAL POSSIBILITY that the TWU would lose.

Anyone who does not support an representational election is in favor of violating our rights and is antidemocratic and should be ashamed of themselves. If they are veterans they should be especially ashamed and are undeserving of the label-American.

I can only hope the NMB will do the right thing and allow the membership to vote.

CIO-TWUER- What are you afraid of???

proscamfa, you post some idiotic items. If they are veterans they should be especially ashamed and are undeserving of the label-American.
...you got to be kidding me...you high?

I haven't seen the company and the TWU work together on this drive...have you? Fact is, the company has bent over backwards, and allowed more violations of the ROC towards the AMFA supporters than they ever have done for the TWU loyalists. That's a fact Jack. You might echo the wasted thoughts of your brother amfa scabs, but you know the true facts remain. The card drive failed. You failed, ergo..you're a loser.

Why not approach Congress with your stupidity and see about getting the TWU members that are veterans a dishonorable discharge for not falling for delle's crap...you simple minded idiot.
