Just got our package today, feel angry and relieved at the same time. I like to share the following sentence from the cover letter:
"For most affected employees, this reduction in force will be no later than May9, however where needs of the operation dictate, the furlough and displacement may occur at a later date. Does that mean;
A. All agents will be released when the vendor is ready.
B. Perhaps leads and operations agents are made to stay while vendor comes up to speed.
C. If B is true how can they make us work side by side with the scabs.
D. Is this standard language of a U reduction in force letter.
