You know what I find the most disturbing here?
All the finger pointing, who bought who, who's right, who's wrong, who was going out of business, etc., and NO ONE WANTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!
The customers are leaving because FOR WHATEVER REASON US is unable to offer reliable transportation at the moment, and the forecast is not good. So keep arguing back and forth and keep fighting--cause when the last customer leaves the point will be moot........
And for what its worth IT DOESN'T MATTER which airline bought the other, and who was going bankrupt or 7 or whatever. You have a new company, which is NOT delivering reliable service--and WE will not tolerate that.
So let's get our ffocus back on how to ffix the problem shall we?
The divisiveness has to end, period. You either make it work or you don't. We (customers) MAY be back when you figure it out........
