In new campaign, US Airways hopes you 'Fly with US'

Air carriers have a history of crafting memorable advertising slogans, from United Airlines' "Fly the Friendly Skies" to TWA's "Up, Up and Away" to Southwest Airlines' "You are now free to move about the country."
But not US Airways. Recent attempts to be catchy have fizzled.
There was the corny "USAir begins with U" in the early 1990s, the sleepy "Carrier of choice" later that decade under chief executive officer Stephen Wolf, and "Clear Skies Ahead'' earlier this year during its second bout with bankruptcy this decade.
The company will try again next year with a campaign designed to unify the old US Airways with merger partner America West Airlines. The tag line: "Fly with US."
