Your the only one who is a day late here PlaytheCods, getting tired of being reminded of your POS scab status? Too bad. It's for life. 😉Having problems counting today? You are a day late and a dollar short on that one tech2101.

I propose a new rule on this thread. Scabs are not eligible to pick or "win" the location of the next scab induced flight interuption at Scab Air. Scab substandard maintenance is the cause of most of the interuptions.
Especially PlaytheCods, since he declared this thread "pathetic".
He is right, Scab Air maintenance is pathetic.
My next pick is MIA, more blown mains caused by scabs.
Flight 756 was scheduled to leave for Detroit at 3:14 p.m., but after 2½ hours of delays, including switching a plane, the flight finally took off at 5:35 p.m., Mech said.
Thanks jj[Main reason pax oxygen does not provide smoke protection is because it takes outside ambient air.
Kev, you can find that info in Chapter 35 of the applicable aircraft Maintenance Manual. I hate to come off as rude to you with my answer, but I do not want to provide scabs who might be reading this forum any help in trying to do their jobs...hope that you understand! 😉P.S. How do you "reset" O2 masks once they've dropped?
Really?[Main reason pax oxygen does not provide smoke protection is because it takes outside ambient air.
It's a simple process of coiling the tubes back up with the mask and placing them back in the bin and shutting the flap. That is providing no one pulled the string, which releases a pin activating the oxygen generator. In this event the generator must be replaced. It can be very time consuming though just because of the shear number of them.Kev, you can find that info in Chapter 35 of the applicable aircraft Maintenance Manual.
