I am sure you would.  You will probably be waiting for quite some time.  Christians seemed to have cornered the market in the US.  There were a few other cases already.  One clerk resigned.  Others allowed their deputy clerks to issue the licences.  Davis seems to be alone in her fight to ignore the COTUS.  
 
Not to sure there are many others who are willing to sit in jail to fight for a lost cause

Oh it'll come soon enough. Just be patient. All part of the devine plan. A few days in jail means nothing to a person exercising their religious beliefs. To them there is a higher power than the courts. People have been burned alive and much worse in following their faiths.
