What's new

George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin

The O.J. case had more evidence than the Zimmerman case did and he was found not guilty, No whining there, so why all the crying from Sharpton and crowd........oh wait...you don't suppose......nahhh, can't be a racist thing coming from Sharpton right?

Juror #flip-flop is the only one to show her face.

The rest have to hide from the Sharpton lynch mob.

Post #860 dumbass. Those are the 4 questions you artfully dodged.

Are you familiar with the term "escalation"? If you use equal force to respond to my push what would that equal force be? It makes absolutely no sense talking to you about Florida STG law. You don't even have the basics down.

Awwwww more sad face. lol.

No worries sweetmeat.

776.012 Guy......Use of force in defense of person.—A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force.

And there's probably a duty to retreat here.

Like he hits you on the chin and you bust him with a baseball bat, now you have a problem.

Once again class repeat after me...
You can ONLY be racist if you are a white, Christian, heterosexual male. Everyone else holds a card.

IMHO,

This thread has run it's course.

There are two camps here.
Justice & Revenge

The revenge crowd demanded 'Justice' but when they didn't get what they wanted, they demanded revenge, which they always wanted anyway.

Turned it into a 'race bait' instead of looking at the rule of law.
If the law is wrong, change it by due process, not by political & media hype.

Much less anarchy.

The revenge crowd will never change their minds.

I agree. The Just Ain't Right has run out of anything to hang its hat on other than a pussy with a gun. Run him for President. The only candidate you can agree on.

If I come up to you, face to face and push you, are you allowed to uses lethal force to counter my push? Does my push represent a reasonable and imminent fear of bodily harm and death? Do you respond with equal force or excessive force? If you use excessive force (punch me in the face) are you or aren't you now the aggressor?

I already answered but you just don't like what you saw.

1. Maybe
2. It could depending upon the situation.
3. I use what ever force I deem neccesary to make me feel safe.
4. If it is deemed excessive by the jury then yes, if not then no.

As I beleive someone else here said, I'd rather be a live aggressor than a dead victim. That does not mean I will not suffer the consequences. If I did not initiate, and you end up dead, all I need to prove is that I had a reasonable fear of death which is exactly what Zimmerman did. You will not be there to testify against me so ....

..
Question #4 = You are now the aggressor

That's just the words of a sore loser trying to avert the jury from the realization that the thug started a fight with someone he couldn't close the deal with.
