What's new

George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin

Wonder if White, Hispanic, Jews will be jumping up and down, cheering............when Z gets off !

I'm more concerned with the threat of riots in New York's Diamond District.

Oy vey....

Do not take your eye off the real threat here.

Be very afraid of the Hasidic Jew Diamond Cutter rioting in the streets of New York after the verdict.

Indeed!

I will say this and leave it alone.

I have done jury duty several times. I do not care what the outcome of this trial is because I believe in the system. It works.

I was completely amazed at how focused, thoughtful, and by-the-book, the people were on the jury duty I was selected for. I was foreman on two of them. One of them was covered in the media.

What we heard as the jury, and considered as per the instructions, was totally different than the "analysts" portrayed.

Whatever the verdict, it is correct as they saw it. We did not see all of what they saw, period.

Sorry Glen but I have to respectfully disagree. I've been on both sides, once as a defendant in a civil suit and also a Foreman on a Jury. both due to Car accidents. The accident I was involved in, I was not charged but the driver who ran the red light was, and found guilty of two counts on Manslaughter. Guess what, I was sued and the dumb ass jury awarded him $690K for killing his wife and a 17 yr old girl in the other car. After the Trial, I was approached by several Jury Members and asked if I thought it was a fair trial. I said NFW, The Judge screwed this up and they agreed but said they were 'under orders'! The Trial I was Jury Foreman, I didn't ask for but no one would take the gig and I didn't want to sit on my butt in a Court Room all week, so I agreed. I had a pretty sensible group except for three women who wanted to give the Bank away to these kids cuz one of them owned a Mexican Cafe and one was afraid he'd remember her if she ever ate there. Kind of sad how people think now a days! Needless to say, the 'plaintiffs' got half of what they were asking!

Fortunately, they didn't come to a verdict today. That means no riots on a Friday night.

Wouldn't surprise me if they're done by dinner tomorrow, though.
