I swear, I've changed my mind over who was guilty since 2011, about a half dozen times.
With that said, coupled with Judge Nelsons ruling that a lesser charge CAN be considered,....I'm going with..............Zimbo is going DOWN !
Not for M-2, but for Manslaughter. It's hard to disregard the 911 voice telling him to "Stand Down' and don't follow him.
If GZ did "Stand Down", there would be NO possibility that he very well could be facing a MS charge now.
If Nelson had said......." M-2 or Nothing ", Zimbo Walks !

The law reads otherwise, Bears.

So does the testimony of the 911 operator, who never said anything about an order to stand down.

Man-2 is possible, but still fails the same test of whether or not he was in fear for his life. Sure sounded that way from the 911 tape.
