Just saw the police station tape of them bringing in ZIM, who claimed to have a BLOODY NOSE, and BLOODY rear of HEAD.
However, ZIM's shaved head is as smooth as a Cue Ball, (no notice of any abrasion), And NO medical attention sought at any medical facility !!!!!!!!!!

There are going to be idiots on all sides. Spike Lee actually re tweeted an address that ended up being the wrong address, not that it made a difference. How the hell do you tweet an address of anyone, especially when someone life may be at stake. We are supposed to be a country of laws, not mobs.

The same stuff exists at the other extreme as . I am sure I could find site created by the KKK, skin heads, neo-nazis...etc

I look at this. You have to look at the middle and toss out the extremes regardless of the left or right. They are not representative of the norm.

Part of me feels bad for Zimmerman. Due to the law in FL and the way the police/DA handled this Zimmerman will not get a fair shake. Either way this case gets decided now will piss one side or the other off. If convicted or acquitted no one will know if the actions were taken based on the merit of the case or out side influence. I put that blame entirely at the feet of the law enforcement and the state legislature. They let Martin, Zimmerman and everyone else down. They failed their duty.

I'll give you a hint, it is what the stand your ground law address and is the reason the stand your ground law is being addressed by everyone and not the Castle law (that's another hint by the way).

Martin was not killed during the commission of a felony home invasion. Self defense laws that govern a citizen’s right to use deadly force during a home invasion have absolutely nothing to do with this case Period!

The only evidence is that there was a confrontation. There is no proof one way or the other who started the fight (if there was one) or why.

When the only evidence you have is that a confrontation occurred, you immediately reference past allegations of assault charges filed against Zimmerman as if any of it has any meaningful relevance to this case. Martin’s recent criminal past and the allegations of theft, chronic truancy and drug use are equally irrelevant to the case.

Mr Zimmerman acknowledged that he was following Martin. Not sure why you are contesting that.

Is there new evidence to support your claim that Zimmerman followed Martin for 5 minutes to the location of the “fight” scene? You already understand Martin talked to his GF for 4 of the 5 minutes you allege Zimmerman followed him. The excuse that “blacks are afraid” to call the police when they feel threatened has no legal bearing to this case.

What needs to been understood is the path that Zimmerman allegedly followed Martin to. My understanding is that the crime scene was relatively close to the point where Zimmerman got out of his SUV to begin with. It was raining and Zimmerman reports losing sight of Martin for 5 minutes. It does not seem logical that Zimmerman would elect to follow as “lost” subject for 5 minutes when he was closer to his comfort zone (SUV) where he can protect himself in many ways.
