You know Geraldo caught some gruff for the "hoodie" comment..But I live in Memphis and I listen to the Memphis police scanner on my Iphone. I will tell you every night I can tell you without a doubt one thing you will hear on that scanner is "suspect is black male with a hoodie" I mean EVERY damn day here in Memphis. Geraldo has a point. Call it racist if you want but the facts speak for themselves. As much as I really do not like Bill Cosby as I think he is a racist himself he does make great points when it comes to blacks taking responsibility for their actions.

If this situation were to have happened in CA or most other states, Zimmerman would have been arrested, arraigned and possibly out on bail awaiting trial to prove his innocence. The fact that FL dropped the investigation for 3 or 4 weeks till a stink was raised in appalling. I wonder how many other cases have been buried in that POS state. The DA in FL did not want to issue a warrant for Zimmerman's arrest. All accounts I have read lead back to the SYG law in FL which as I have said was poorly conceived and written.
