All the evidence seem to show so far is what the end result was. Nothing has been released that indicates exactly what lead up to the altercation.


What seems clear to me is that a failed rent a cop with a gun pursued someone who he should not have and Zimmerman ended up killing the kid. Had Zimmerman not been playing cops and robbers and just waited in his car and called the police Martin more than likely would still be alive.
Zimmerman initiated by pursuing Martin. If Martin felt threatened did he not have the right to defend him self? Zimmerman pursued Martin, why is turn around not fair play if that is what happened? Voice analysis of the tape seems to indicate that it was not Zimmerman crying for help. Perhaps Zimmerman attacked Martin and Martin fought back to the point where Zimmerman felt either kill or be killed. Is that justified even though Zimmerman may have initiated?


There are any number of possibilities that could have transpired all of which could have been avoided had Zimmerman just kept his stupid butt in the car.

If the Hare hadn't stopped to take a crap he would have won the race! That's not what happened. The issue at hand is did Zimmerman act in self defense? I don't know but it's a 50-50 prooisition right now.

A day after killing Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman passed a police lie detector test when asked if he confronted the teenager and whether he feared for his life “when you shot



the guy,” according to documents released today by Florida prosecutors.
According to a “confidential report” prepared by the Sanford Police Department, Zimmerman, 28, willingly submitted to a computer voice stress analyzer (CVSA) “truth verification” on February 27. Investigators concluded that he “has told substantially the complete truth in regards to this examination.”
Zimmerman, the report noted, “was classified as No Deception Indicated (NDI).”

What and confuse people with actual facts? Most don't wants facts or justice just placing blame will suffice. Just so long as it's the "White" Hispanic who get's in the ass.

I think the case will relolve around what the witnesses saw and if Zimmermans lawyers can convice the jury that Zimmerman was afraid for his life. I am not convinced he will get convicted. From the evidence I have heard so far I do not think I would convict. Had this not taken place in FL, I think I'd put him in the can for a very very long time. The FL SYG law gives Zimmerman a much better chance of walking.

What evidence has surfaced since May 18[sup]th[/sup] that made you change your mind?

Just 45 short days ago you had all the evidence you needed to lock him away for he rest of his life!

And just so we’re clear, Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” laws are very similar to all other state “Stand Your Ground” laws. I have the right to defend myself up to and including the use of deadly force when the assailant has left me no other choice (duty to retreat). The evidence is pretty clear to me (and you) that Zimmerman was well within his legal right to us deadly force to save his ass. This all could have been avoided if only Martin had just walked three houses down the road to the security of his step-mother's home.
