The following is from the Mechanic and Related Contract, but I believe it is the same verbage:

The Company will provide parking for employees at their work location and pay monthly parking fees assessed by the appropriate authority. This provision will not apply to replacement charges to employees for parking decals, stickers, gate keys or similar items.
