Giuliani Speaks

Come on tech, post the whole thing. I don't care for Giuliani either but he said he misspoke and I'll take him at his word because no one is stupid enough to try and claim there were no attacks during the Bush admin.

"I usually say we had no domestic attacks, no major domestic attack under President Bush since Sept. 11," he said. He said after all the warnings of more attacks that came immediately after Sept. 11, many were surprised that this country avoided another major terrorist attack.

Giuliani said: "I did omit the words 'since Sept. 11.' I apologize for that."

I missed that. My fault.

The story by the AP seems a little yellow now that I analyzed it further.

I do see the Republican party pundits line of attack now as we move toward November.

Giuliani is still wrong.

He made that claim while discussing the failed bombing of NW 253.
"We had no domestic attacks under Bush," Giuliani said. "We've had one under Obama."
This incident is virtually identical to Richard Reid's attempt to detonate his shoe bomb on AA 63 which occurred under Bush' watch, on December 22, 2001, three months after 9/11.

Good point. I forgot about that one.

The Democrats are having some re-election problems, not so unusual in a mid term election when one party holds control of all three branches.

But just when things start to look even bleaker, we can always count on the opposition to showcase these two individuals.

Michael Steele, and Rudy(well at least I carried Florida) !

(Maybe it's got something to do with Baldness) ?
