I didn't throw anyone under the bus.  I only pointed out that my insurance rates went up well before "Obamacare".  I am sorry that Bush was president at the time, but the fact is, my rates have been going up for years.  
 
This year during open enrollment, I actually selected the "preferred republican plan"...a high deductible plan that allows me to open a Health Savings Account.  My physical and my daughters well woman visits are covered, but I have a high deductible for everything else.  The regular insurance coverage - even before Obamacare - was costing me more and costing me more out of pocket.   So I'm taking the republican way out.  Are you?
