Unions cannot use dues money to give to political candidates or parties. Big time against the law, LMRDA.

Try again. Can you say the same about companies? Nope!, they can donate.

Well we know what the law says. Now how did the unions manage to donate nearly 100 Million to elect the back bench junior Senator posing as leader of the free world? Loophole known as PAC's or some other way? I'm genuinely curious.

And we know unions never break the law......

Do you have any proof they broke the law in question?

And you can explain why I'm wrong?

Dell, for you to try and pretend that unions had some sort or exculsive rights to political donations is just plain dishonest. Companies have been giving money to politicains for years along with having a army of lobbyists pounding the pavement in D.C. They also have way deeper pockets than unions.

I think the gov't has bent over backwards to unions since the thirties I believe.

Why then did Obama rebuke SCOTUS at SOTU address?

He was livid at the decision...............

Dell, companies have given money to politicians for years. Like I said before for you to try and pretend otherwise is dishonest.

We'll just call it a tie ! Company's and "UNIONS" donate money to the politicians whom they think will best represent their interest !

Move along................nothing more to see here !

As I said before, if corporations were afforded the same 'level playing field' why then the scathing rebuke from Obama and the rest of the DNC?

Do those companies enjoy tax exempt status?
