you rang?

hasn't been determined it will go that way....precedence says it won't either from NWA and UA..

Even if the IBT looses this Bid the fight against the evil force known as the IAM will continue ---

1st choice -- Teamsters
2nd choice -- just get rid of the IAM

Evil?

Dude your union is overseen by the govt, been controlled by organized crime and leads all unions in member violence.

Better go educate yourself on the facts.

Lets see ibt was at wn lead the airlines in outsourcing, at co and ups also very high % of outsourcing.

Keep trying.

WN and UPS have some of the highest paid mechanics in the industry. Realistically, outsourcing is the way this country is going.......and not just in aviation. We as workers, have very little control over that fact. Time to adjust and make the BEST of the situation.

they're banking on NMB precedence and lack of 35%....class and craft.

So that still doesn't explain why they aren't supplying potential new members a copy of the contract. What happened to representing everyone?

Member violence stats.....seems the IAM is closing fast on that one.

Yes Doc,thats all you find. This case states,Mechanics and related operate under Certificate (R-4593)

The working copy of the one sent to the IBT,(r-2146)dated april 12th 1949...is in my guess the original cert for the IAM,but it appears that number has changed per the NMB.One of the cases in your link even states that the IAM filed under the wrong number.

see the last line...when did the IAM cert number change for the mechanics and related.???
