Are YOU involved with YOUR union? Trying to change things that you feel need to be changed? OR, just complaining? Sounds like you need a little anger management assistance. Chill out B)

And for those who want to blame the victim, compare, up until the first BK, the metrics the employees had input into - on-time, PAWOBS, complaints, etc. versus the metric the Palace had say-so over - profits.
Who outperformed whom?
For that matter, compare the DOT metrics of US with HP over that time span.
Have a care with the bricks, folks.
What the deal is, those left standing at U desperately want this merger to work. And they are terrified, with evident justification, the U virus will spread to HP.
Think about this. Generally, you want your dad to beat up the other kid's dad.
The U employees are rooting for HP's dad.
We all need to remember that Parker did not make these appointments on his own. Your CEO was part of this marriage also, and has equal say (for now) on some of these appointments. Let's work together to inform the combined workforce regarding which men/women in management are bad. Parker will not keep someone around if he finds that they are not good for the organization as a whole. He is a good, fair guy.
