Well the transfer postings are out for May and it gives further proof that PK has no idea on how to staff this airline. How does this guy continue to keep his job? There are 55 transfers into PHL for May? For what? Factor in these points:

1. There were aprox 60 people that came into PHL from LGA with no time added into the base
2. There are about a 120 people coming in May from Boston
3. Last summer there were no tranfsers for the entire summer into PHL. This year we have less time becasue there are less trans atlantic flights and with almost 200 additional flight attendants in the base. Where is a need for 55 more?

For what? So more of us reserves can sit around during the winter and do nothing. Maybe if PK had to live on what minimum guarantee, he might staff things differently.
 
How Mr. Adler can't see through the likes of PK is beyond me. He can't be that clueless.

Some Managers are what I call "Rope Handers". In that they will keep handing the person enough rope until they have ever so nicely hung themselves.

It's painful to watch if you work for the person being handed the rope.

So what you are saying is that you work for PK?
