Injunction is out

Harry's always lucky  Actually I've better things to do than hang out on this board unlike some folks.

Harry if you were on unemployment and living in section 8 housing you could post 1,000 times a month too... not that anyone could post that many useful things in one month.

Hey Frank-n-STEIN, My CAL buddies I had drinks with last night don't want you, and they say the majority of theCAL pilots want nothing to do with you guys, the CAL boys are getting ready to put something together to get out of ALPA, you will never be back at UAL you will most likely remain an AFFO (angry furloughed first office) at America West. Enjoy boy!!!!
I think you had a few too many drinks with your CAL friends. Nothing but rumor and innuendo once again. Please tell me you have something other than the word of a couple of college buddies or jumpseaters telling you what you want to hear. I posted facts and direct quotes. You have nothing but your word, which isn't worth squat "boy." Now get back in line where you belong.

And unlike you I've never been furloughed. I am laughing at how badly this all burns your a$$! The west really does own you! Enjoy that LOA 93 a bit longer, "boy." You will never see your DOH pipe dream. I've been telling you guys that since 2000.

I talked to a close CAL friend of mine today who told me the only thing a majority of them want is a raise, UAL work rules, and no bump/flush. Beyond that they are focused on uniting with the UA pilots against management's onslaught. ALPA is on solid footing at the worlds biggest airline. Luvthe9 is just a jealous UA/CO wanna-be. Nothing more. I doubt he has friends outside of USAPA, let alone ones at CAL.

What does J Scott Kirby non-issue have to do with an injunction issued against a slow down?

Dont feed the trolls.

LOL!! When I figure out the answer to your question, you'll be the second person to know! 😀

Only this I can think of is when you get your ass handed to you in court and there is little left to say, you refocus your attack elsewhere in the hopes of deflecting and dodging the simple fact YOU LOST!

Nos, YOU are a liar. United and Continental pilots are not fighting over seniority. We are not fighting over contract negotiations either. The only fight going on right now at United Continental Holdings is between the 12,000 unified pilots and the new management. Period.

More proof of how ignorant you are of the facts. UA and CO pilots have not even started seniority integration talks yet. How could they possibly be fighting over something that isn't happening yet? Seniority is prohibited by ALPA from being discussed while Joint Contract negotiations are ongoing. See.... you are a liar.
..........,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,............

Boy, don't you look foolish now!

Its been going on for over a year now.

UAL MEC Update for Friday, August 27, 2010

Letter From United MEC Merger Committee

"Fellow United Pilots,

Your Merger Committee is about to enter the negotiation phase of the Seniority List Integration (SLI) process. We have spent the past several months accumulating our pilot seniority data, exchanging the pilot seniority list with the CAL Merger Committee and analyzing the CAL seniority list. In the upcoming integrated seniority list negotiation phase, we want to get to an “apples to apples” comparison of our respective pilot groups to the maximum extent possible. Please note that the seniority list negotiation phase is separate and apart from JCBA (Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement) negotiations being conducted by the Joint Negotiating Committee. The negotiating committees deal with the contract while the merger committees deal with seniority list integration. In past seniority list integrations, the two sides have typically been able to reach some agreement on treatment of pilots on military leave, sick leave/disability, etc. during the seniority list integration negotiations."

Yet, In all of the time that has elapsed CO & UA pilots have managed to NOT sue each other multiple times! I wonder why that is the case?

It has barely been a year since the merger became official.

It's been over 6 years since the US/HP merger became official and you talk about how much trouble UA/CO are having? Apparently they've closed more sections of a combined contract in less than a year (10 or so) than USAPA has in 3.5 years. Yet you're like a puppy happily following your master USAPA around, wagging your tail and licking Cleary's boots, and throw stones at the UA/CO pilots...no wonder no one listens to what you say
