As stated, leaders are rarely born. Having a leadership position doesn't make one an effective leader. Training, good communication skills, experience and personality are key ingredients to effective leadership.

Yea Eric or Great Company if we don't all screw it up!
This stuff won't be easy and I know I am capable of messing up. We try and be smart, take the others point of view, look out for our own interest, the company's long term interest and so on. I am sure there will be mistakes and "do-overs" and as a Westerner I am not to excited about what some of the benefits will end up looking like but I am here for the journey and am going to give it my best effort and try and maintain a positive attitude.
