They need to talk to the furloughed guys coming back, they after several years are coming back because its the best job they could find.

HOW is it ANY "insult" to note that the seeming majority aren't the slightest bit interested in coming back? I'd offer that it's a tribute to their intelligence, most especially, in the light of the "award". It does offer up a fine counter to those yammering about this being "the best job they could find" doesn't it?
