I am a UAL insider, worked ramp thru college and now I am at WHQ. My point is I DON'T make what outsiders do. Why is an internal United candidate with an MBA worth less than the same guy from AA, NWA, or some other place? What sickens ME is that I am just as qualified, heck I know the company better, and I don't get the pay that the outsider does.

If you're saying that doesn't make sense, I agree.

I wouldn't know about that. What I do know is this company is exploiting BK to attempt to break the unions, and that sucks, plain and simple.

Managers have no loyalty. I think a lot of AA managers see the writing on the wall for layoff in January at AA. If UAL is dumb enough to pay better, then those people are going to come to UAL and soak it for everything they can, as fast as they can, and for as long as UAL lasts, then move on to the next bit of carrion. This is the new management ethos. Get used to it.

yea Greg Hall left AA for UAL and im sure he's really made an impact on the bottom line there
