With all the talk of LUS medical against LAA medical that's the answer we will have a contract signed, sealed and delivered  before the next open enrollment . This way LUS will go to the inferior AA plan. I figured it out no other discussion is needed. Lets devote our time ragging on Bob.He's cool like that

Actually that open enrollment period does make some sense. To get there we would have to have talks completed in August for a September vote with enrollment in October.

Let's see if the company wants to get there in time or not?

And why if the company pays the lions share by percentage of medical coverage do you think they would want to go with a plan that costs THEM more money?

If a better plan is shown to the company that saves us both money, there should be no argument right? Plus more people in that plan should also help lower that cost.

Agents have separate plans right now. FA's on the US side were given some cash to offset the difference in cost for what they're paying on the AA plan.

More than likely because they're waiting for us to finish to see if this guy Tommy comes out with a better deal like he did the last time?

Not sure what the Pilots did off the top of my head?
