Tim has been a thorn in your side for 20 years you would never admit when he was right, but then Tim would never admit when he was wrong. Oh well I'll go with my own gut instinct and say I as a LUS employee will be going into the LAA plan. Wait maybe I could get all my union brothers to vote it down HA
We have a much larger airline together so we will get a lower cost when the dust finally settles.

The only thing that "might" change is PTers paying double in Fleet in the future?

We'll see?

And the throngs of managers what about them?
Management I believe has separate plans. They're not in a Union so they have no one to negotiate for them.

During enrollment period I did read the management section and it was different. Again off the top of my head I forget how?

Pretty sure its the same as yours at least very close

Agents have separate plans right now. FA's on the US side were given some cash to offset the difference in cost for what they're paying on the AA plan.
More than likely because they're waiting for us to finish to see if this guy Tommy comes out with a better deal like he did the last time?
Not sure what the Pilots did off the top of my head?
Do you know Tommy?
I knew Tommy before he falsely claimed he was a mechanic when i met him in ewr in '87. He is a nice guy, not an asshole, but he definately isnt for labor. I just about tossed up my beer, at his house, in the fall of 2010 or early 2011 when he tried to explain how the slashing of our pension was no big deal. He was removed and kicked the hell out of our negotiations and REASSIGNED because he supported managements seniority cleansing provision that brought everyones seniority to day 1 if they missed 30 days due to displacement. His ta tried to bait us with more holidays and more sick time just to get us to vote for seniority cleansing. After his pro management ta got voted down due primarily to that seniority clause, our next contract got rid of it. So 700 can talk praises about tommy all day cuz it wasnt 700s seniority but NO labor guy would sign a deal that drops a 30 year guy back to 0. You dont know squat weassle and you are being played by the iam estabishment. Suck it up and make peace with your Local and lose your hate.

Falsely claimed he was a mechanic?

He was hired on as a GSE mechanic and I believe he got his A&P.

He worked for Signature for People's Expess before moving over to the airline.

Keep up the lies Timothy, you get caught all the time in your web of lies.

If he isn't a mechanic, then why is he on the seniority roster?

Well moving forward here. On another very ironic note (not kidding) I just ran in to one of those Canadian Agents that just ratified their agreement.

They went from $21 something to their USA counterparts pay rate of $29.27 TOS.

He told me for him and his wife for the top medical he pays $90.00 per month. Not sure if or how the fact that Canada has Socialized medical affects that?

Again very ironic running in to this nice (much older) man and his wife.

I do remember  hearing about the "seniority cleansing" as Tim calls it

Nope, I hate liars.

You can follow the liar, I will expose his lies all the time, and your stupid enough to believe him.

Agitators are great. They keep the leaders on their toes. But is Tim an agitator or a habitual liar is the question?

Does he ever have anything good to say about anyone in the IAM District currently or in the past? Everything he seems to write would lead me to believe that these are all "The Boys From Brazil"

You have to lose credibility if you're completely only slanted to one side. At least in my mind. Hard to take a guy like that seriously even when a "few" of the things he's saying are probably true?

It all gets lost in the weeds.

I actually doubt Worldport really does frankly?

The aflcio and intl labor organizations have become right wing groups. Not as right wing as Republicans but definately right. Its become all about the dues. And the labor contracts have become a disaster because of they play by the rules and say "we cant do that" "management can do that", and "ill Ask Management". Labor got most of everything by participating in unlawful strikes, wildcatting, etc. But companies and lawmakers pushed them to the right by lawsuits. The last airline union that potentually violated their contract concertively i think was APA which a republican judge ruled was illegal. $$$$

At United, the iam put out a letter from its legal staff saying it would never be able to strike a big airline so might as well bend over. So, if the Labor organization is powerless, by its own admission, then how can anyone believe that we will get more than Parker was willing to give? Look, the reps can take credit for getting us more than their self proclaimation "We gonna getz da best of both", but they arent goin to get anything more than parker says, then become a company mouthpiece to support it.

As far as tommy, he most certainly was a "related" and not a amt. Maybe he got a license later but i prolly knew him before mr pollyanna did.

I am pretty stupid though. I thought you were supposed to remind 700 when  he was getting  rude  and insensitive. Tim never insults me. This begins weeks of nonstop negotiations I sure hope Wikileaks leaks

Tom is a mechanic from US, he also holds utility time

Seek some help for your pathological liar condition you have.
