Nope. Here in MIA we have a President, 2 Vice Presidents, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary and 3 Executive Board members. Not to mention Cheif Stewards and Shop Stewards.

At least where I work jobs like Grievance Comittee, Chairman and Section Chairman are only titles that are given as special favors for friends so they can have some status and make a couple of extra bucks paid for by me.

Besides (your boy) doesn't even understand his own contract so why would I want to hand him a Greivance?

Can't speak for MIA, but my experience was the exact opposite of what you described. It's was a lot of work, but worth it.

Who knows what he or any 3rd party will recommend.

One thing is clear, Tim Klema or Klima, is non union and a delta employee. Shameful how he directs this transportation dept when he is delta.

Worldport  I dont know what our mgmt team has     Ive never asked  but Ive also been out on medical leave for a month now with a stress fracture   Its healing   I dont know what AA had for their health care plans   I would like to see the proof from Tim   regarding us giving up the health care     Until I see proof I really dont know  and I just dont think we ought to give a dam thing up  the record profits speak for itself
