I search for them. I read them. I digest them. I cost them out. I cherry pick. And I look very carefully where items are weak to make up for that front end pay. The item people focus on too much.

Then I share those items I find. Guess who with?

Top out is the same for both groups.
The 3 scales 700 mentioned are for: Hired before '05, hired after '05 (middle steps are different.), and Ready Reserve.
Vacation is fantastic. Up to 8 weeks if you play your cards right...

Now UAL AFA is showing 40 days vacation PLUS the ability to have more? Can't wait to "read" that piece.

In some areas I suspect. But the company just wants to talk items that are in our two BK contracts and not much more.

In the past AA agents got what we got on the ramp. Now we make our own ways in the World.

That's bound to happen when you have to "negotiate" with an employer who doesn't want to just give you anything and everything you ask for.

If that were the case I'll take the Pilot per hour pay and all the other items I have now currently and happily trot on.
