I don't know if anything you are saying is true but if you remember when we first voted the IAM in we waited 5 years for a contract. That is 5  years the IAM  wasn't collecting dues. I still think, though I have no proof the IAM was getting paid off or somehow in bed with the company.
We waited 2 years then this B organization signed a ta for a pay cut from $17.88 down to $16 something just to get dues but the stews went first and rejected their 8% paycut so ours came off the table. This is the Ill Ask Management union and a complete waste of our money. We wont get anything Parker doesnt want us to have. I agree with the others, it will b the same pie as the cwa and our iam will just piece it up differently.

Thats why weasle says, "the money is already there". It is along with ps. So lets wrap up talks and just divide up the rest of the pie instead of believing that our iam can change anything. We are losing $1,000 a month because of these arseholes acting like they are getting us more than parker will give.

My understanding was that we would be getting at least what the UAL rampers got. $200 per year of service signing bonus !!!!!! That has been going around the CLT break rooms. Sounds fair, probably should be more!!!!
I would think if this is spreading in the CLT breakrooms, CB would have knowledge of it and corrected it.
Bringing out my pessimism face <_< I would be a little bunch hesitant to believe that rumor.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that...

Dougweiser is already managing expectations with his "In line with what others make" comments.

Yep, from his latest it appears the +7 went to +3, and now looks as though the +3 has fallen off and it's
"in line with what others make".

Monetarily it does not seems as though it's industry leading anymore. Just industry equivalent.

Was there any more roadshows since then? And who was he addressing and who in particular asked him the question about wages? Was the answer specifically about wages or was it about contract value?

I know UAL contributes more to their retirement. I'm pretty sure they get 6 weeks vacation and holidays might be 2.5. I think their total  compensation is larger than ours

I would have to go back and look it up. But it was right after UA announced a TA and the question was brought up about that. That is when he stated we would be "in line" with others. Earlier in this thread I posted the quote and Road show/Town hall it was at.
