Name change.

Yes maybe some people might think it's silly but with this new contract we have a chance for a name change? Half of us are called Fleet Service Clerks and the other half are called Agents.

Personally I hate both names. A "Clerk" to me implies that I sit at a desk pushing pencils. It's a demeaning connotation. And "Agent" sounds like I work for the FBI or something.

Maybe we can start a new name that brings some level of professionalism to the job we perform? We certainly aren't just Baggage Handlers anymore with all the lessons we have to take and using Ramplink.

My suggestion:

"Ramp service specialist" or "Fleet service specialist"

Any "serious" suggestions and conversation about this would be appreciated.

Really not important to me...but on this forum, we should have some name changes as well...
