Worldport Tim wants us to wait till 2021 to get a JCBA. $33 is at the END of those contracts he's talking about. I don't believe that the members should have to wait 5 years to get a deal. We have to strike while the irons hot. None of us can afford to wait as long as Tim wants to wait.

He was fired by PDGC of 141 Rich Delaney, the man who gave him the job in the first place.

Nope, Tim was director of organizing, he was fired for his actions at the end of the UA/CO campaign and demanding AGC pay for director of organizing.

Better way to approach it.

While the misappropriation of funds and taking advantage of the situation was wrong, that action was corrected. The monies were paid back and those trustees were removed from those positions. In all likelihood there should be no action taken by the DOL if they consider the matter resolved?
