Doesn't really have to be a blow by blow, but pointing out issues such as this could yield a little more perspective as to the difficulties in this process. The less information that is shared the more the frustration could rise and patience diminish. Those are emotions the Company can use to their advantage since time is an asset to them. If that is neutralized, it could make the tougher issues easier to combat or push back.charlie Brown said:Yes the IAM does currently have where the company can change shifts with 48 hours notice. And 5 day notice to change days off. These changes can not last for more than 30 days without a new bid being posted. And I understand what you are saying. I do t mind answering questions like you just asked. However to start pointing out all the differences, some of which many may not care about, would be very time consuming. But I will answer all specific questions that I can.
Right now, most are looking at the money and that could be better managed if they realized there are real and tangible issues being tackled and to their advantage.
